“So relevant right now. I watch as more and more executive level individuals uses the same tactics as family violence offenders and get away with it. Threats and coercion are a mainstay of the manipulation used to keep employees in line. Fear of losing jobs is real and often there is no support out of fear of being included as a troublemaker.

I’ve already shared this with my tribe.”

Speaking The Truth

“This is exactly what we need right now! We need to encourage a community of support. Bystanders need to feel more comfortable speaking up for both men and women. People who file false complaints also need to be held accountable so that it stops as well. If we turn the tide folks will be more afraid to be reported for toxic behavior instead of being the one to report it.”
